The Life Long Learning (LLL) platform of our project is aiming to strengthen the talent in the Flemish and Dutch (bio)pharmaceutical sector. We strive to offer high-quality, practice-oriented training modules covering the full drug development value chain, from early discovery to final formulation, alongside transversal topics such as experimental design and project financing. The initiative supports both the upskilling of existing employees and the onboarding of new talent, with a particular focus on SMEs across the region.

Initially building on CESPE’s educational arm, the CESPE Academy, the program will expand with new modules to address evolving industry needs in Flanders and the Netherlands as identified through gap analysis. By integrating the latest knowledge and innovations generated within the project, it ensures that professionals remain aligned with current and emerging industry needs. External expertise from industry and academia will be brought together to ensure relevant and up-to-date content. Our platform is intended to make all training opportunities easily accessible, combining in-person and online learning while also supporting trainers with tools to deliver high-quality and practical digital education.
