The PHARMAFORGE innovation platform brings together high-throughput experimentation (HTE) and high-throughput screening (HTS) in the cross-boarder region to accelerate drug discovery and development. By combining advanced automation, cutting-edge infrastructure, and multidisciplinary expertise, the platform enables rapid synthesis, testing, and validation of large libraries of compounds within a single streamlined workflow.
Through its Open Access Lab model, companies and research institutions can easily access specialized facilities, services, and expert support, lowering barriers to innovation. In parallel, a regional gap analysis identifies unmet needs in infrastructure, and experimental capabilities, ensuring the platform evolves in line with real market and scientific demands. This analysis actively engages stakeholders across the ecosystem to align technological development with user requirements and emerging opportunities.
The added value of integrating HTE and HTS within one platform lies in the seamless connection between chemical synthesis and biological validation, significantly shortening development cycles. Instead of operating in isolation, these complementary technologies interact in iterative loops, enabling faster identification and optimization of promising drug candidates.
